Dishwasher issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The silverware/utensil container has 2 different size holes and the small ones are impossible to fit my silverware in. So...you stand there trying to figure out where to put your knives, forks, spoons, by searching for the largest size holes. It's a pain. The control panel on the dishwasher is too sensitive...it engages when opening or closing the door because it's too easy to accidentally hit. My neighbor has the same dishwasher and the same concerns. In fact, she removed the rack on top of the silverware container which I'll probably end up doing as well. Aside from these annoyances, the dishwasher does a good job of cleaning.

Everything Fits

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 10 plus year old KitchenAid with a new three rack dishwasher. The upper utensil rack and larger interior allows baking sheets and large cookware to be machine washed. It's unbelievably quiet and yields great results. A nice step up from the old machine.

Getting Use to It.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't thin the capacity space is designed for full use. My last dishwasher had a higher upper basket on one side for large cookie sheets. I like the utility tray on the door and not wasting dish storage space. It is very quiet and that I love.

Cleans Very Well and Very Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit cleans and dries very well. The choice of third rack for silverware and utensils or the large basket is very useful. The fixed tinges on the lower rack do not accommodate pots, pans or large bowls very well. Plates and shallow dishes fit well. A row or two of folding tinges would be welcome.
