Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought KitchenAid due to overall ratings however it was a disappointment. I was not able to use the dishwasher due to a motor problem! How can a brand NEW dishwasher have a motor problem??? Extremely disappointed!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Most Quiet Dishwasher I've Ever Had

Best Dishwasher ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We searched for a dishwasher for months, and ultimately landed on this one. So far this dishwasher has been everything we hoped for and more.
Pros:
This dishwasher is so quiet that i tend to forget that it’s even on.
The exterior is super sleek and modern, and the handle is very sturdy.
The interior is super spacious and easy to adjust and the top silverware rack is gods gift to man.
The dry cycle fully drys my dishes and they come out spotless.
I really hope this dishwasher continues to work this way for many years because so far its been truly amazing.

A Great Upgrade, BUT…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new dishwasher is quieter and cleans more thoroughly than our 20+ year old Kitchenaid, but we would have preferred being able to replace the wood panel in the door and the handle sticks-out several inches instead of being recessed.

Wish Dishwasher Would Work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After less than a week and never was used started beeping and blinking clean. Keypad was not functioning. Ended up getting a replacement from place of purchase. KitchenAid tech support was not helpful at all. I was very shocked since I had Kitchenaid appliances in the past with no problems. I guess they don't make their products like they used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher hasn’t worked from the day I closed from the builder. I have a brand new house and I’ve been hand washing dishes for over a month while I wait on a new motor that’s on back order. Totally ridiculous
