[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new KitchenAid Dishwasher. The Third Level Utensil Rack was not a selling feature for me however I am beginning to see its worth. Sometimes I forget I placed anything on it and find myself searching for a certain lid. I’m coming around though. I previously owned a Kenmore and since Whirlpool makes both Kenmore and KitchenAid there was no learning curve

Defective construction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The upper-Left rail was detached form the inner wall rending the unit usable only with the bottom rack. We have had no communication from KitchenAid regarding a repair or service call after submitting a warranty claim. The unit was installed in November, 2023 and first attempted use was on or about December 30th, 2023.
