Great dishwasher but.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in January. I love how well it cleans and it is super quiet. But, I am not impressed with the third top rack. It is only meant to hold silverware and can NOT be lowered if you want to set a little taller items like a measuring cup. It is ONLY made for silverware. The rack is not flat, it is made to put a piece of silverware in little groves so they don't move around. There is a space in the middle for 2 larger utensils but they have to lay pretty flat so they don't hit the top. I purchased this without actually seeing in person as I really needed one at the moment and when it said third rack that sold me. Now, not so much. : (

Great dishwasher and exceptionally quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about a month ago and we are very satisfied. The model we purchased was supposed to be quiet and it did not disappoint. We have an open concept kitchen and living space and the builder grade dishwasher made it impossible to watch TV at normal volume.

Great, Silent Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After comparing this with a Bosch 800, we decided to buy the Kitchenaid based on build quality, availability of parts in the future, and the shape of the top row. It is incredibly quiet, cleans perfectly, and blends well into the current look of the kitchen. It is better in every way than the GE it replaced. The buttons on top are a little easy to press accidentally press while opening and closing, so be careful, and remember to use a bit of dish soap covering the “pre wash” logo over the soap dispenser. If you do this and still use packets, you can save time and water because it will totally eliminate your need to pre rinse or wash your dishes.
