KitchenAid Never Fails

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best full size DW we have ever had.....Super quiet, Spotless dishes and pots. Fantastic. We love to cook and keep this full size and a F&P draw busy with big pots and tons of dirty dishes. Every KitchenAid appliance we have is top quality. Have never needed customer service but I assume it is as good as its product

Early operational issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dishwasher only month ago and already have issues with the controls. The "normal" cycle button does not work and the soap dish does not close.
The three shelves are unnecessary. The shelves are also much lower that on the prior dishwashers so you have to bend more to load them.
The cycles are very quiet and the dishes come out clean.

Quiet, but lousy upper dishrack

There are no 'clips' for stemware or glasses in the upper rack (cheap) so everything tumbles each time you open or close the rack to add more glasses, cups, or stemware. Because of this, I consider it a downgrade from my Frigidaire.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In our third home now. Every time we’ve chosen Kitchen Aide dishwasher. Three times never disappointed. Never have I had a dish come out dirty. Always sparkling clean. So quiet you wonder if you really turned it on. Hands down the best there is on the market. Make sure to get one or three for your future homes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 10 year old dishwasher was a similar model, but the lower rack just fell apart. We have all Kitchenaid appliances, so I went back to our local dealer. Due to the scarcity of inventory, there were just a few available. I was glad to find one that wasn’t very different from what I was used to. I made the right choice! So quiet, the only sound is water draining. The stainless finish is truly fingerprint free. The third rack is very useful. My dishes have never looked cleaner; even glassware that seemed to have a hazy coating are now sparkling.
I would recommend this to a friend!
