Kitchen Aid Diswasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love love my dishwash and the 3 tiered racks. Instructions to install were a little archaic, but other than that we are thoroughly happy with it and it is soooo quiet.

Does the job quietly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good dishwasher. It replaces a 17 6r old Bosch. My main complaint is the bottom rack and spacing. The way it is set up it doesn't hold as many dishes as my old dishwasher and some pieces do not fit well at all - ie large shallow soup bowls.

Must use extended dry

Super quiet gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for a teen year old KitchenAid that the electronic panel in the door decided to fry itself and the wires going into it one night. This one is very quiet and has all of the features I used from my previous one. Should have gone up one step to get times that can be laid down. Kept and am using my previous lower rack as I prefer it's layout. Probably just as much is familiarity as function. Really like the sliding tops on the utensil rack.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Factory Defect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased and installed January 5. A factory installed plastic connector to the drain was defective and flooded our kitchen. The replacement unit is very quiet and is performing as expected. We own several KitchenAid products and they have all been good quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it, but not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s so much to love about this dishwasher. The store did not have this one on the floor and I wanted the 3rd rack as the utensil rack, not the flex rack. The reason is that I had the same one in my last house and it was so perfect. However, without seeing it in person, I didn’t realize there was so much missing inside. There’s no flip down wine glass racks or clips to hold things in place up top or flip down sections in the bottom for fitting large items easily. I was just sick about that on install. At least I have a utensil rack! There are a lot less options for operation than expected. However, just listening to how quietly the door closes is a joy. Runs super quiet and does a really great job as expected. I really thought I was buying the same dishwasher from my old house but it isn’t. Lots of cut corners but it does the job.
I would recommend this to a friend!
