Heated dry feature doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washing machine is relatively quiet and washes dishes well, however the heated dry function doesn't work well. Our dishes are always wet even after the dry cycle, which is a frustrating. While it is nice to have 3 racks and the unit is spacious for large loads, the quality of the racks feels flimsy. Not as sturdy as other dishwashers in this price point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Kitchen Aid dishwasher for just over a month. Makes my dishes sparkle! I do wish the top (3rd) rack was without the slots for utensils - things just don't fit
