Best Dishwasher Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great efficient dishwasher with a nice amount of cleaning settings. This one is a tiny bit louder than our last one. We live in a tiny bungalow. And the slight noise doesn’t disturb at all. Love the way this dishwasher runs, rinses, & dries. Also LOVE the utensil rack at the top.

Can't hear it running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher because of the 39 dBA and because we have an open floorplan. Previous dishwasher 59 dBA and was so loud I couldn't hear the TV. I have used this one more in short time I've had it than I did the other in 2 years.

Drip pan with auto shut off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old dishwasher was leaking and soaked up our hardwood floor. Luckily it wasn't very bad. We wanted a dishwasher with a drip pan and auto shut off. A salesperson mentioned KitchenAid had that feature. All other salespeople said they did not. We feel much better with that feature and the dishes are coming out sparkling clean!!!

New dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is so quiet. My last KitchenAid dishwasher lasted 23 years. It was quite a bit louder than this one. I also love the top slide tray for plastics and utensils. Great new feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my old KitchenAid dishwasher, though I was apprehensive about filter cleaning - I never did get the hang of it! It washes beautifully but the door is longer, so I had to do some minor carpentry to give it enough space to open flat, my bad for not checking.
I removed the covers on the cutlery holder, too fussy for me. The bottom wore out of this on my old model, so I'll keep an eye on this one.

High quality with many features

I find the amount of features offered for the price is outstanding. I am especially impressed with the very low noise generated when in operation. Once I close the door and start it, I only know it's on when I hear the water entering the dishwasher.
