[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new kitchenAid dishwasher. It’s so quiet I had to press my ear against the door to make sure it was on. It’s exactly what I was looking for extremely quite. If you use delayed start it doesn’t wake you up after you have gone to sleep. I rarely use delay anymore because I can turn the dishwasher on and still watch tv at a low volume. It has a lot of other great features as well like the stainless steel tub and third rack. I purchased an appliance suite this dishwasher is my favorite appliance out of the whole set. Thank you KitchenAid

Extended dry still wet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping that with the heated extended dry that the water on the coffee cups would be gone but it’s not, I still need a kitchen towel to dry them when putting away the mugs.

Very quiet, cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as an open box from BB when a 10 year old GE Profile unit became unfixable according to the GE factory repair guy. This unit is incredibly quiet. I can run it while watching movies in my family room about 15-20 feet of open space away. And I love the third/top rack for utensils. It saves a lot of space in the bottom rack. The DW cleans and dries very well.

KitchenAid Never Fails

We love to cook and keep this full size and a F&P draw busy with big pots and tons of dirty dishes. Every KitchenAid appliance we have is top quality. Have never needed customer service but I assume it is as good as its product

Early operational issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dishwasher only month ago and already have issues with the controls. The "normal" cycle button does not work and the soap dish does not close.
The three shelves are unnecessary. The shelves are also much lower that on the prior dishwashers so you have to bend more to load them.
The cycles are very quiet and the dishes come out clean.
