Awesome dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I inquired with an appliance serviceman and he suggested this dishwasher. I have not been disappointed at all! It’s very roomy, dishes sparkle and they are dry when I go to put them away! Definitely worth the little extra money for great quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement dishwasher to the one I purchased since the initial one had a defective unseen but leaked. The new one also has a dent and initially leaked but appears the door seal is going to conform to the small dent and won’t leak. If it doesn’t seal the outstanding customer service who were very responsive will care for this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace another kitchen aide dishwasher, only 3 years old, and this one is just as quiet and works well, which I like but the control panels are sensitive and just opening and closing the door activates them with a slight touch of the hand and I find it annoying to be constantly pushing “cancel”. Also strongly recommend getting extended warranty because of all electronics.

Great idea but one small, or large, PROBLEM?

The room for that new top rack had to come from somewhere. Well it seems it was taken from the bottom rack. The first time we used it we discovered we can NO LONGER WASH our cookie sheet in the dish washer. The only way to fit an average size cookie sheet in this thing is to lean it at an exaggerated angle or simply lay it flat which just takes up an unreasonable amount of space. So it’s not a huge deal having to wash some dishes by hand but it kind of defeats the purpose of having a Dishwasher if your dishes don’t fit. This would have little to NO affect on the average person. If you are a big into BAKING then this is NOT the dishwasher for you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
