the 2nd rack does not keep glasses safe

Very quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a kitchen aid dishwasher for years and this is its replacement. I do like this machine but am disappointed that at 39 dba it is not as quiet as I expected it to be and why I purchased this particular model.

Many problems
