Many options and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the options on this dishwasher, and it is so quiet I have to lean close to hear it running.
I wish it dried the dishes and racks better, but as long as I can knock the water off before the heated dry cycle finishes its not too bad.

Not happy! Does not work correctly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy at all! It does not dry the dishes! Even with rinse aid and extended heat drying time!

what were they thinking?

haven't use my dishwasher yet, though when i opened the door this morning to add a cup-- the dishes i loaded last night were covered w/water???
my biggest complaint w/this particular dishwasher is the totally unmatched handle that comes w/it.
i wanted the whirlpool that was in the show room, hubby wanted the kitchenAid due to the "quiet" factor.
just looking at my black stainless finish w/the two tone silver/chrome handle w/red ends--makes me shake my head in wonder how/why they would do that. looks like someone cobbled together the dishwasher w/left over parts. not a fan!

Without a dishwasher for months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received a broken unit (leaking from the tub weld. My wife delivered our baby shortly after our unit arrived so we installed it about one week after the return period to find it leaking all over our kitchen. Of course, whirlpool won't make things right and send a new unit without making us wait for a new tub, which is on backorder, to arrive, so that a technician can rebuild our entire unit and possibly cause other new issues. In the meantime, we are without a dishwasher, potentially for another whole month. What a joke. I'm calling the support lines and getting the runaround all over the place. Completely unacceptable given the unit is brand new and never once used
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought Kitchen Aid after my Frigidaire kept breaking down. Im so pleased and happy with the Kitchenaid and cant believe the difference in cleaning. My dishes and glasses now come out sparkling and so clean, after having 3 years of less than acceptable results and constant residue on my dishes.

Do not like controls on top of door; if wet from steam or water, will not register pressing for cycle or to start. Do not like that if I am loading dishwasher and accidently touch control panel, it beeps at me.
