Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was due a new dishwasher. My cousin recommended the KitchenAid 39 dBA. I bought one and am very happy with this unit. It has many good features and is the quietest dishwasher I've ever heard. Bravo to KitchenAid!

Beautiful, but non working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived with entire kitchen package in early January, throwing motor wash failure code upon installation. We cannot find a replacement so new motor has been ordered. Hoping to have a dishwasher by March, for our family of seven it is essential equipment, ha! It is certainly beautiful, though!

Best Dishwasher!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for a month, and it has exceeded my expectations!! 1) it is quiet, and is the main reason I got it. My 29 year old Whirlpool was still going strong, but we couldn’t take the noise. We replaced it with this, and I’m so glad we did! 2) it has tons of room for dishes, and holds way more than my old dishwasher. It is so roomy it just feels easier to load and unload too. 3) the third rack is perfect for silverware, no more need to even fool with the silverware basket. 4) it cleans my dishes flawlessly, they are shiny, spot free, and squeaky clean.

Super quiet, but dishes stay wet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm happy with my dishwasher. My house has an open floor plan so noise is a huge consideration and the KitchenAid is super quiet. I am disappointed, however, that even with the drying feature on there is still lots of water left on the dishes.

Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher 4 months ago and it has worked great. It is so quiet that we sometimes have to look at the front panel to see if we actually started it. During the first month an electronic issue caused it to stop working and beep intermittently, but a call to our dealer taught us how to reset the panel if it ever happens again. It hasn't. I marked the design as only a 4 because opening and closing the door often causes buttons to be pushed, and we have to hit the "cancel" button. It's also difficult to see the control panel while the dishwasher is closed.

Superb Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to my KitchenAid dishwasher, and I cannot be more pleased! It is the quietest dishwasher I've ever owned. The third level utensil rack is so handy for small items and long utensils. My dishwasher gets all of my dishes, pots and pans clean with very little pre-rinsing needed. We made the right choice by selecting KitchenAid and highly it to anyone who wants a quality, quiet dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased all new kitchen appliances at the end of July 2021 (still waiting for the refrigerator). We did not install the dishwasher right away since we were slowly remodeling the kitchen. I was impressed at how quiet the dishwasher runs! I can't hear it even when I'm in the kitchen. It also cleans the dishes beautify. We are very pleased with the ease of use and have been telling everyone who is looking for a new dishwasher to buy this one!
