Inefficient energy product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not an energy efficient appliance. It uses 7 to 10 gallons of water on any cycle. On the rinse only cycle, 10 gallons of water will be used in 15 minutes! The utensil basket takes up 1/5 of bottom space while the upper “third” rack holds all silverware. Utensil basket goes in trash! No operational manual came with appliance, lots of installation directions, but when paying a plumber to install, those pages are worthless.Customer service promised to send me a manual, but a month later—nothing. It is not QUIET. I am comparing this expensive dishwasher to my 12 year old previous dishwasher that used 4 gallons of water and was super quiet. Shame on Kitchenaid for producing such an inefficient product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great value! It works as advertised and it is certainly a quiet running machine, which was a priority for us.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Very happy about the dishwasher except for the top dish/glass rack. I is not as good as our previous KitchenAid??
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new dishwasher. The interior is extremely roomy and has three racks. The top slim rack for silverware is a bonus. The middle rack is spacious and adjustable up and down. It also has a basket for silverware or utensils, so that's a bonus. The new handle design is sleek with a knurling detail on the bar. The end caps are chrome with a red KitchenAid disc logo. There's a thin slot on the face of the dishwasher that's for steam to come out. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this used once and doesn’t work apparently waiting for a special order part 🤬

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received just under 3 weeks ago and I am very happy with my KitchenAid. The only thing I am disappointed in so far is that the inside of the door doesn't completely dry even after using the extended
