Never had a sound machine before so this is new for us. It works! Turn your alarm clock up or you might sleep right through it. It seamed loud when first turning it on but we got used to it very quickly. With the sound machine we didn't even hear it raining through the night.
If noises keep you from getting a good nights sleep this works! Just give yourself some time to get used to it.

I absolutely LOVE this sound machine! I grew up with a very similar one. It's very soothing. I'm officially addicted. I don't think I could sleep without this. I will probably even take it with me when I travel.

Great Machine

This is my third machine. They work great for blocking out noises that keep one awake. The machines are compact and easy to pack. The cord is pretty long, which helps in hotel rooms where electrical outlets are sometimes scarce.
