looks aren't everything

Looks good but the turntable is super cheap, all plastic, and it is warped and records don't play well. Skips a lot because of the turn table not spinning flat. Silly response from Victrola's customer support. Do not recommend if you enjoy spinning vinyl

Decent but has its flaws

Let's start with the positives. 1 - It looks great, I get a ton of comments on it from friends and family that come visit. Love the vintage vibe. 2 - The fact that it has Bluetooth connectivity, a cd player, cassette player, AM/FM capabilities, in addition to the 3-speed turntable is pretty awesome and convenient. 3 - It's incredibly user-friendly and not convoluted. But, that's about where the pros start to dwindle.
The sound quality is decent at best, the built-in stereo speakers don't wow me at all. I would rate the overall sound quality a 5/10. I grew up using a Technics SL-D202, and the quality of this turntable pales in comparison. The table itself has a LOT of wobble in it, and it does not support heavier LPs well, at all. I have a limited edition vinyl that's 180 grams, and it's pretty much unplayable, which is a shame. Also, the knobs, buttons, queuing lever, pitch control, and the platter itself feel incredibly cheap and plastic. There's also no counterweight.
My last gripe is with the stand. Boy, what a beautiful stand it looks like in the pictures. Unfortunately, it's cheap, made of particleboard, and broke instantly while I was putting it together, making it completely useless.
So would I recommend this to a friend? That depends on how much that friend loves music because the aesthetic of this record player is pretty sweet. But if they value music and sound quality and quality of furniture, as I do. No, I simply would not. Save your money.

The stand is poorly constructed. The base for leg came off easily.
