I canned beets today following instructions provided and everything went very smoothly. I cannot begin to say just how happy I am that you have made a pressure cooker for an induction range.

We have a 16 quart canner in aluminum, not induction compatible. This would be stock number 01745 or 01755. Let us know if we can help you further.

Doesn't work on my induction range

I bought this canner precisely because I bought a new induction range. It does not work. I have a Frigidaire Gallery range, definitely NOT a "portable."

I’ve had my canner for several years and it has not failed at all. I recently bought an induction range and am currently using a metal plate with my canner. I’m thinking about buying a new Presto Induction compatible canner!!

Only induction autoclave available, works great. I added to quarters for extra weight to have 15 psi.

Altering your canner in any way is not recommended. Please give us a call so we can understand why you are weighing down your regulator, as it is set to regulate/rock at 15 PSI. Call 1-800-877-0441. We're available weekdays, 8-4 CT.
