Fitting leaks

Got as a gift and finally got it installed. Once i turned the pressure on the hose started leaking. Im out of warranty and havent reached out to customer service yet. Will post update on how that work out.

Not having an outlet available, I was limited to non-electric versions. Despite my nervousness of cold water, I found it not to be an issue. In the Pacific Northwest, ground water is often cold, however, it's not like submerging a body part in freezing water, but a small stream. While the nightlight is a nice feature, I found that I didn't need it.
The seat is what took away a star. Despite being installed by a professional, it became loose within a few months and still doesn't feel quite secure when sitting on it. I am looking at trying out the attachment piece for the other toilet.

Excellent non-electric bidet seat

Easy to use and reasonably priced. The t-valve didn't work with our toilet but the plumber we used was able to use a different t-valve. Keep this in mind if you are installing this seat on your own.

Nozzles come out too flat

We've had a number of different bidets. Although I can give this one high marks on how it looks and mounts, it is a failure because of the angle the jet nozzles come out. Simply put, they come practically straight out often hitting your behind, and worse, even becoming fouled in the mess. Once known you can adjust your position somewhat to work around this, but working around a poor design is not something we wanted to keep. And being forced to clean off soiled nozzles is kind of gross. We just removed it and replaced it with a better designed unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Seat attachment needs re design

Seat works fine, but the attachment system is les than desirable. The plate does not stay in place long even with the expansion bolts. The seat is also held on by 2 small plastic hooks( first seat we had broke immediately) and moves side to side unless you sit perfectly still. The seat basically needs constant readjustment and tightening.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
