Replaced my Washlet

The initial reaction is that this is a well built unit made with quality components. It was very, very easy to install. It is a upgrade from my Washlet that we had before. I'm pleased with the dimensions of the seat opening and the power and features seem to be good. The heat settings are robust, we will update in the future as to durability.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Complete game changer

I feel like my entire life has been a lie up until I used my new BB-2000 for the first time. My wife and I absolutely love it. It's going to be difficult to use the restroom anywhere else. Fantastic product.

Coming from cheap-off brand bidet, this one is a huge upgrade! I was hesitant on paying extra for adding electrical outlet just for this bidet, but so GLAD I did it. Worth it!

I have been wanting a bidet for many years and finally purchased the BB-2000. I am very hygiene conscious “down there” and was skeptical if this bidet would actually work. To my surprise, there was absolutely no residue after a simple 2 min wash. The fan is a great addition for drying. Simple to install, and the remote is easy to understand. I just wish the seat/bidet was a little slimmer. It’s a pretty big unit. I now look forward to using the bathroom :D

Bidet ok, longevity tbd

Bought a bidet less than three years ago. Since then have had to replace the remote once and another time we had to send the bidet in for servicing for to a leaky tank. Unfortunately the service team sent the bidet to a different address than that noted on our RMA slip at our cost. Do like the bidet but if we need to replace or fix in the future we'll likely first look to other brands.

Great Bidet

This bidet was easy to install. It took me less than 30 minutes from unboxing to finishing the install. The seat is comfortable, the soft close works great, and the functions work flawlessly.
The only minor downsides are the images on the buttons are a bit unclear as to what they do. Thankfully, the owners manual helps with that. Also, it took almost a whole week before my product even shipped. Aside from that, I've been happy with the product!
