BB-2000 So far so good

Easy to install. Every function works as expected. My three old Bid Bidet USPA 6800 toilet seats all fell apart after 3 years when warranty has expired. Hope the new BB-2000 can last longer!

Best purchase ever for bathrooms

My husband has been researching bidet toilets and seats for quite awhile and we decided on the BB-2000. It was the best decision we have ever made when it comes to bathroom products and we have renovated two bathrooms in the past year. He LOVES it! It is easy to install after watching the video from the company. It was packaged very well to prevent damage with shipping. It is well worth money and we highly recommend this product to anyone thinking about purchasing the BB-2000. You will not regret it.

Happy wife happy life

I had purchased one of these for my mother-in-law about eight years ago after she became wheelchair-bound. She never stopped telling everyone how much she loved it and how it made her life so much easier. My wife recently asked me to buy one of these seats for her as part of a bathroom upgrade, so I went on the web and researched the reviews for the many different seats on the market. That research led me back to BioBidet's seat. After receiving the seat, the installation was straightforward and fairly easy. The package came with everything I needed, including a new stainless braided water supply line. The seat itself is very well made and sturdy. After watching a couple of YouTube videos to compliment the included instruction manual, it took about 30 minutes to get the seat installed and tested. The remote control is much better than the one included with the seat I purchased eight years ago. My wife loves the new seat, which might distract her from finding other things to complain about in the short-term. All-in-all I'm very happy with this purchase so far.

BB2000 maintenance

I bought s BB2000 and it worked excellently for over a year. Then I had issues with what seemed like clogging of the cleaning jets. Sometimes the jets would clear on there own. I tried to get help eith maintenance but gound no do-it-yourself tupe maintenance. I ende up buying a set of 3 water filters to clean up water from my water supply. It’s a bit better but not completely resolved. I would love it if someone would come up with a solution. I had a Whipple procedure and that messed with the way my body desks with waste. Never would have imagined the problems I would have as I aged.

Easy install

Quick delivery, within 2 days. Install was super easy, took about 1/2 hour. I would have liked to see a 2 or 3 foot extension cord included as many bathrooms do not have an outlet close enough to plug in. Operation is simple, as I have little’s in home, nozzles needs adjusted every time.

My wife discovered this when visiting her sister who had the BB-2000 installed in her home. When she got home, she said she had to have it. I ordered it, easily installed it, and my wife is now a very happy woman. She loves it.
