Excellent product. Does what it should.
My advice: Read the owners manual. Remove the shipping feet from the tray and you're golden.
I've read as many reviews on this one that could and every negative one, resulted in operator error; the main key is to remove the silicone shipping feet from the inside dish.
It's entirely simple. Completely affordable as a cooking utensil in the kitchen, and does what its told.
Its marriage material if you will.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got a great deal on this item for less than $100 including tax and shipping. My advice: Please Read the Manual before use. Please Pre-run the machine for 20 minutes empty in a ventilated area. Over I am very satisfied with what I pay for. I will see how long it will last and surf its value.

I've only used it once, but there was a terrible, toxic, plastic smell and the food had the same taste. Maybe the smell and taste will burn off, but as off right now it's basically unusable. Smells like it's going to give us cancer. Yuck!

It died after a year. The heating element stopped heating. Turns on and fan works but the heating element stopped working. Not worth it.

love the capacity but since first used the whole house smelled of plastic also the taste of the foot very scary I keep doing tips from youtube videos to remove that horrible smell and after 3 weeks is getting better but still smell .
