[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this laptop thinking I would be getting an excellent machine for videoconferencing. So far it’s been a huge disappointment. I use Teams and Zoom frequently and in both programs I have been told my picture is horrible and my sound quality is poor. I have attempted to adjust settings and there has been little improvement. With the addition of an external web cam my picture has improved, but sound quality has not improved in Zoom. When I’m presenting my screen in Zoom the mouse often quits responding. This computer does not interact well with Zoom and that is really impacting my work. I’m very surprised this is supposed to be a machine for a business professional with its poor performance. I wish I could return this and would not recommend it, but it’s too late and I’m stuck with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
