I am having trouble with start up. It keeps flashing colors and then the next it will be fine. I cant seem to find a direct phone number to call for support. I have tried google searches to figure out what is wrong. I am too old to mess with it and very unhappy with HP. This is the second laptop devise I have bought from this company and I should have learned the first time. I guess they are wrong when they say you can teach an old dog new tricks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second HP all in one and I love it. It is so easy to set up and use. I taught myself to use the computer. Thanks to you-tube and other means of getting help. Setting this up today was easier than I thought. Thank to the people at HP.
I was excited to get my All-In-One Laptop, especially since my friends talked about how good it was. Once I started using it, t's very noisy and it sounds like an airplane getting ready to take off. I work at least eight hours a day from home and got this unit and it's been such a disappointment. The Keyboard is so small, I can barely type, it looks like a portable keyboard for a tablet. I am actually contemplating returning it.
