I have always been a loyal HP customer because there product have always been long lasting I bought this as a update version from the 2017 version since I work from home in call center and its very nice and fast also and the new features and updates on this computer was worth the price and truly happy with my purchase with them once again.

I am quite happy with the machine. It does, however, need additional USB ports. My biggest discontent was with Windows and the way in which it makes it difficult to obtain other than Microsoft products.

Our family bought this computer after our HP computer from 2009 stopped turning on a few weeks ago. I was worried it wouldn't be great quality due to the fairly low price (especially compared to similar desktops with Intel chips) but we are thrilled with it! It is easy to set up, easy to use, fast, and handles everything we need to do on it with ease.
