Cute set
on November 2, 2020

I thought this set was super cute and fun to put together. Good set to get into the holiday spirit. I do think it should have been priced $10-15 cheaper. Also, this was the first ever set I've had that was missing bricks. My rule of "there's never missing bricks," is now gone, lol! LEGO was great about getting the 2 bricks out to me ASAP. Will be awesome next to my gingerbread house.

I am very pleased with this set. I used it with my 8 year old grandson as an Advent activity after his virtual school work was done. (The divided bags). The Christmas tree is the best design so far. The rooms are a bit tight for play but nicely proportional. I work with miniatures so I have an appreciation for scale. He liked the mechanics of the piece. I put it on a white turntable so we had room for setting up and adding activities for the elves. (He named them after his cousins.) We added colored flashing colored light bricks to the front and the string of lights reflected the light and really looked like they were flashing. He will put together bag 1 on Christmas Eve. As you can tell, we have had fun with this set.

Fair Model, Good Holiday Display, Novice Design

This is a fun design with a cute idea. Easy build—not the sturdiest Lego model I’ve experienced (roof is loosely attached). The model could use a little more base area to display the large Christmas tree and ‘gifts’.
Also, I can only assume the area on the right side of the house is a stable for either the reindeer or the sleigh? There are no images of this area being used in any of the advertising. It’s kind of completely useless. I’d almost rather have this as open base area for the elves to gather outside. Maybe mount the large Christmas tree here or something.
I love everything Lego...I just hoped for a lot more at this price point.

Fun build, but doesn’t match series
on December 1, 2020

As is our tradition, I built this over Thanksgiving weekend with my kids. It was a fun build and the house has a great design. I only wish it included human minifigures instead of elves. The elves don’t really fit with the rest of the characters in the Winter Village series, which we’ve collected over the years. We will probably include the club house in our Winter Village display without the elves (same as we did with last year’s gingerbread men). Maybe next year LEGO will give the Winter Village a church building!

Not worth the $$

This set is cheesy compared to the Gingerbread House or the Winter Village Cottage. It is smaller and less detailed, and I don't know why it's the same price. I haven't been impressed with the Winter Village Sets in years. I wish that Lego would release more of the realistic winter village sets, ones that would compliment the cottage, post office, bakery, etc. The Santa and Elf sets are stupid, in my opinion.

Another set missing many pieces. :(

What a disappointment and waste of valuable holiday time. I don’t know what happened to Lego, they used to be good, now your lucky to get a complete set ever. thought it would be a great idea to start building again and they proved me wrong. Every set I’ve purchased this year has been missing parts sometimes crucial. Including this one. Maybe it’s whereever they pack them now they just stopped caring. Previously I’ve been able to limp through the build. But Missing pieces from bag 3, made for an impossible build on this one . These experiences have soured my desire to pick this back up as a hobby. If you get half way through a set and realize you’re missing pieces how likely would you want to buy again, let alone three or more sets? Like buying an incomplete puzzle. That’s basically trash at that point. No thank you.

Missing Pieces
on September 5, 2022
Posted by: Taffers
I received this as a gift (either in December or February- can’t remember) and was super excited to start building. It was in the first or second bag when I discovered 2 missing pieces. I was super upset and looked everywhere for them, and couldn’t find them. I never got around to emailing the company because I had things to do, and now it’s too late (At this point I’ve probably lost the pieces from the open bags and probably lost some of the bags as well, plus it’s way past the return window). I’m overall disappointed, because I love LEGO (I have a wall filled with shelves that are filled with sets I’ve built over the years) and this is the first time I’ve had missing pieces. They’re also not hidden where I could use my own pieces as substitute, because it’s in a major wall, smack dab in the middle, and I don’t have any pieces in that color, so I just couldn’t continue. Overall, disappointing.

Hi there. It's never too late to request a replacement for those missing parts! Head to LEGO.build/BricksPeices-BV and click 'Missing Bricks' to get started. We'll send those pesky missing pieces directly to you, and your build will be complete before you know it.

It’s a good set. 4.5 stars if I could rate it so. Feels like there could be some improvements made but it’s a nice fun set. I expect better for next year tho
