Sesame street wish

I wish the finished project had a the characters and designs as the original set that was voted on. Missing lots of items and characters. I know people are making their own, and selling them (list profit for Lego). There is a market give us what we want.

Cool set, but where are the girls?

I bought this set for my husband, who's been building it with our daughter (6), who is also a big LEGO and Sesame Street fan, and she's incensed that there are no girl minifigs (all of us are, really). Where's Abby Cadabby, or Rosita, or Zoey? It would at least be nice to be able to buy them separately.

Thank you for your review! For this set, we decided to include only some of the most popular Sesame Street characters as minifigures, which is why the characters you mention were unfortunately not included. We really appreciate your feedback though and we'll be sure to pass it along!

I bought this set for my 41 year old son's birthday! He loved watching Sesame Street growing up..... in fact, his very first word was ERNIE! So when I saw this set, I knew he would love it and had to purchase it! The attention to detail is amazing and I can't wait to see the finished product !

Sunny Day. Chasing the clouds away!

We built this set in 2 sessions, one way 4 hours and the next day 3 hours. The build was fun and engaging. It was so much fun seeing each bag add more to the scene. I was 10 when it came out so my memories are from my children and seeing episodes through the years. The detail is spot on. I only have 1 criticism with the instruction book. The page background is black and some of the pieces are dark Brown, dark blue and black so it can be difficult to see. My wife and I enjoyed building Sesame Street and look forward to playing with it!

Just amazing!

I was so excited when I saw Lego was releasing the Sesame Street set. My family gave it to me for Christmas and I just couldn't wait to get it put together. The attention to detail just amazed me. Even the tiniest things like Mr. Hooper's picture in Big Bird's nest just take me back to my childhood.

Recreate Wonderful Memories

What a wonderful set. It brings back such wonderful memories of watching Sesame Street with my son. This delightful set was time consuming to build but well worth the effort. It depicts the street, buildings and characters really well. Only one minor flaw is that Cookie Monster and Oscar the Grouch are not textured to show their fur. Otherwise, great set Lego, well done!

This is my 11th "adult build" and by far the most fun!! All the bright colors in the legos bring a smile to my face and the theme is beyond perfect!! There are a lot of stickers in this set so if stickers aren't your thing, you might want to pass this set by. However, all the stickers make this set so perfect as a recreation of 123 Sesame Street. It has been brought up that the black background of the instruction book makes it harder to identify the individual Lego and that's true. But a quick check using the flashlight app on my phone clears up any questions. It's a quick, simple fix. This time of coronavirus has been trying for us all. The bright, happy colors and the message of Sesame Street of love and understanding makes it a perfect time for this build to bring us a bit of unexpected happiness and puts in perspective what really matters. Thank you Ivan, Ollie and Crystal for this gem of a set!!
