After all these years, We finally have it!

This set is amazing, since season 2 of Ninjago, us fans have been waiting for this for years, and LEGO delivered. I love the brand new head piece that's used on the dragon, and the classic wing-stand style is very impressive. This dragon isn't 100% accurate to the show but it's still great. It fits well with the 2019 Golden Dragon, as I expected. The minifigures are another good thing about this set. It comes with golden ninja Lloyd from the 2019 golden mech, and the new exclusive overlord resembles the 2014 design by a lot. Overall, I'd recommend this set to any Ninjago fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 9 yr old son loves the Legos kits and this one did not disappoint. He spends hours building, rebuilding and playing with this set. The pieces are colorful and easy to snap together. It contains 372 pieces, smaller than traditional Legos so geared more for older children. A great addition to his collection of building kits !

Off with his head!

This is a fantastic build for the price. I started collecting the Ninjago dragons and read solid reviews so I decided to add this to my collection. The build itself is really nice and there are some really great details, such as the lightning bolt on the belly and the gold rib cage. The pictures don’t really do much justice to the color of the build, which are a really nice dark blue. The build is quite posable and looks great along side the other dragons.
My one complaint is the head… it is molded but unlike the other dragons, it is made of a different material that feels like a very cheap plastic. The two molded pieces for the head are a soft, lighter plastic that don’t seem like they hold the print color very well, as the eyes are not as intensely bright as they are in the picture. That being said, i would still highly recommend this.

Kids love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter plays with this for hours, she is 8. She invites her cousin over to play with her and he is 8 also, they have a really great time playing with this battle game. The figures are possible and it has two mini figures. This This playser is from series 2 of the Lego Ninjago series. The playset has lots of parts that the kids can move around like the head and legs of the figures. If your child likes this series, I think it would make a great playser for them. I didn't think my daughter would like it as much as she does. We are very pleased with it.

Nice lego set for intermediate builders

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lego Overlord dragon set is a great set for intermediate builders. The set comes with 372 pieces. The set also includes two figures that you can pose. My son has been building legos for several years. This set took him a few hours to build. There were a few pieces that he struggled with but overall he was able to build it on his own. The set is geared for ages 7 and older and I feel that is a good range. My son really enjoyed this set from the NINJAGO® Legacy. Another great addition to his collection.

A Great Display Piece

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids had a blast building this dragon. Sometimes lego sets can be too easy and they finish them in record time. Other times Lego sets can be too difficult and they lose interest half way through the building process. This Lego set was right in the middle, keeping them engaged for a while but not discouraged. And I must say, this is one cool looking dragon. We've placed it on their lego shelf, positioned in an epic battle against the other Ninjago characters. The box even mentioned this dragon will be featured in an episode of Ninjago which got my kids extra excited. You can bet we'll be looking for it in the episodes and will be looking for more of these Ninjago Lego sets to complete our epic scene.

Nice for kids, bad for adults

As a set that ninjago fans have been waiting for years to get their hands on, this should’ve already been made! I think this is a design for the earliest of ninjago! This is a great play set for kids! It stays together well and the articulation is very good! But at that, not much else! This have good figures and a good price, but doesn’t feel like a set we would get in 2021! I don’t think this is bad but doesn’t get me excited for how it looks with the skeletal wings and the inaccurate color of the dragon! The mold for the dragon head is nice but don’t remember the teeth being gold! This set is just the expected usual of LEGO won’t make good wings but, there aren’t no stickers so definitely great there! This set is just, Meh!
