Outstanding 3-1 Creator Set

This is one of the most impressive 3-in-1 creator house sets I’ve seen in a long time. Very detailed scenes and cool pivoting sections so you can easily access the rooms. I especially appreciate the fully finished walls of the structure instead of open walls - Lego, please keep doing this! Highly recommend this set!

Enjoyable little house

This was really fun to build. The main house packs a lot of detail despite the small size. This was my first time building a Lego “house”, but I can definitely see myself picking up similar sets in the future. I love the brick built animals and mini figures included too. I plan on building the lighthouse and boat option but probably not the pool house.

Fun in the sun

This was a fun summer project. Enjoyed the surf house build, especially like the shoreline and the outside shower. Was surprised to not be as excited about the pool house. Seems like something was missing there. I don't know, a table and chairs for guests to sit around in? Was again surprised by enjoying how the lighthouse and boat build turned out. It is very hard to get a figure into the chair in the lighthouse, but it looks great as does the boat. There were a surprising number of leftover pieces for the "alternate builds". But with the lighthouse I found myself playing with those pieces... extending the dock and then building a pleasure raft, little jet ski and navigational buoys. Anyways, a fun set for me seems to be liking to imagine myself there. And the lighthouse and boat ended up doing that the most.

Lots of fun details!

I've decided that my future Lego city needs a waterfront area. Why? Because there are some fun water-related sets out there! Any set with a surfboard makes me smile. I'm not a surfer, but that part just tickles my fancy. I've taken a liking to making signs with Lego, and the Surf sign with surfboard just makes this set for me. I like the crab who hides under the balcony waterside. Normally I'm not a fan of the little brick-built animals added to these sets, but I like the turtles in this set.

I'm building a Ninjago inspired city and the 3 in 1 sets are the perfect scale for this. I was apprehensive about the bright yellow color, but it works very well in combination with the other colored in the set. This model screams beach house and the liberal use of glass pieces work so well for the build. You can see all the interior details unlike many of the modular sets. The brick built animals are as good as they can be at minifig scale. I was much more impressed with the set than I thought I would be, so Kudos.

I bought 2 and plan to expand...it’s really cute as a stand alone straight build but there’s so much creative potential to expand the surf store down stairs and apartment upstairs. Looking forward to spending the day modifying this build.
