Can’t wait to hang it up!!!

My fingers will never forgive me...nor will my neck & back. LOL! My OCD was supremely satisfied with this set (I bought 4 and did the whole crest) as it isn’t really a ‘creative set’ just a ‘keep busy’ one. Now...LEGO, let’s get onto making the fans a new Gringott’s, The Three Broomsticks, Knockturn Alley, etc...I’m all out of sets to buy and build! <Insert sad face and my open wallet here>

Favorite LEGO Harry Potter set ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this set. I was finally able to build the Slytherin house crest and (carefully) mount it on my wall. It was a teeny bit tedious as it was all primarily tiny studs, but the instructions, as per usual with any LEGO set were clear and concise. Even with that, it was still very easy to build. If I had to come up with a “con” for this set, it would be that you’re only able to build one house crest. It would’ve been super awesome if you could’ve been able to build all 4 of them.

Anyone who claims this item is a let down, bought this without even reading the box. It states there are four options, none of which is the Hogwart’s crest. It’s not going to be the best piece in your collection or the most fun build. It still looks nice and is exactly what any reasonable person would expect. We shouldn’t blame Lego for our failure to read.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You do have to take your time and understand the instructions about this product. It does take sum of your time to complete a house crest. It is fun to find out what the end result is . Easy to use the legos. Stays in place really well. Easy to take apart . Soundtrack is easy to understand. It gives my child the creativity to make something of her own imagination.

More fun than expected

Was not sure how this set would be enjoyment wise.. but was pleasantly surprised. Have done griffindor, slytherin , and ravenclaw so far. Very fun to build crests not so much fun to disassemble. But overall enjoy the experience.. have settled on ravenclaw as the colors kinda go with house decor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son and I had the best time putting this together. It wasn't hard at all, there are alot of different colors, so we separated them into sandwich baggies. We plan on buying 3 more to make all the crests and put them together on our wall.

Good But..

I love this set for the most part. The only thing I do not like about it is how the creators did not take into account are Ravenclaw House colors and mascot. I wish they would have stuck true to the books. The Ravenclaw House colors are blue and bronze with an eagle mascot. Other than that minor detail, it is an amazing set. Eventually I will add all four to create the bigger picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this LEGO set for my 12 year old son who is a huge Harry Potter and LEGO fan. While this set is intended for 18+, my 12 year old son was able to complete the build of the Slutherin Crest in a matter of hours. He absolutely enjoyed building this set. I would highly recommend this set to any Harry Potter fan!
