Hurray for Castle!

This Lego set has been my favorite release of recent memory, it instantly brought back memories of my childhood. Being able to share the experience of building and playing in medieval times with my own children is such a joy. The set is challenging but not overly difficult and was a great way to spend some time together as a family. I can only hope this is the first of many new Castle releases.

All of the nostalgia

growing up the castle theme was always my favorite, building this set i felt like i was a kid all over again. couldn't wait to get home and work on it. taking my time to savor the complexity in the attention to detail. with the competition of each level i couldn't help but smile as you felt that rush of nostalgia. posing minifigures in action, adjusting decor so it was just right. was a super fun build! cant wait for the next midevil theme set.

Nostalgia at its finest

I grew up loving the Medieval era, Knights, wolves, and I can recall having a few LEGO sets when I was growing up. So, when I saw this in my local LEGO Store, I had to get it.
This build is nostalgia at its finest. There are so many mini details spread throughout the build that force you to step back and look at what was just built. The way that this build is broken up into 3 sections makes for a very easy and fluid build.
There are a few things I would change such as make the base a bit larger, more tiles on the roof to smooth out the decor, and I think the tree could be a bit better, but overall I loved working through this set. Highly recommended.

The Medieval Blacksmith is one of the best Lego's that I have ever built. Overall it's a great Lego. The only flaw that I can find is the placement of the light brick. It would had been nice if Lego made it so the block could be easily removed to replace the battery or made it so when you turn it upside down you could replace the battery. With that being said it's not a deal killer, just an inconvenience.
The best part of this Lego is the roof. The slate look and texture is great and I hope Lego makes more sets in the future to follow this one.

The most beautiful LEGO set

This is truly the most gorgeous set LEGO has ever produced. I may be biased because Castle/Medieval themes have always been my favorite, but this one just blows them all away. From the beautiful sleek box to the intricate architectural details to the adorable interior designing, this set is worth every penny.

This is by far my favorite set I've gotten since the end of my Lego hiatus. The figures are great and I love the medieval theme, and the build was overall great. The tree though, was my least favorite part. It was the one and only thing I didn't like besides a small nitpick with the roof. The tree could have been done better and I expected this coming into the set.

The Blacksmith Is Open For Business !!

This is far and away one of the best values in Lego today.
The build is amazing and the modular style is truly the way to go . Adding the 'Light Brick' is an added value that truly must be experienced . The -Mini_Fig`s - are great and the Horse !! Good work Lego and the pup too.
The whole set just screams "build me again" !!
It is so refreshing that Lego is making sets for all ages , including retirees .
The set was receive in excellent condition .
