Stunning when in flight mode

I ordered this set immediately because I lost my chance to own an imperial shuttle in the past so this is my first. I would highly recommend it to anyone who don't already own one. It has clean lines, durable to handle when built where my 3 year old daughter runs around with it while pretending to fly it, and stunning to look at when it is displayed on a stand in flight mode. Like everyone else, I wish the chin underneath the cockpit was cleaner and the set included a few more minifigs. A red guard and a stormtrooper would have been nice additions. Otherwise, I love it and display it proudly.

Fun set

This is a really good lego set which honestly is super fun to build. Of course one of the flaws is in the cockpit but you never really look at it from that angle. All of the mini figs are high quality and good- no arm printing. Overall a good set, I’d put it at a 17/20

Looks good and inexpensive way to own a shuttle

A much better looking model in person -- pics don't do it justice. It's not perfect, but the scale is impressive: definitely not a small model, but not so big that you can't display it (and it does look good on display!) As many others have noted, the "chin" is a bit bulky, but can be easily modified to your own taste. Looks especially good next to most recent TIE fighter and X-wing models. Wish I was collecting LEGO fifteen years ago so I could have bought the UCS shuttle, but this is a nice alternative, especially for the relatively low cost. Recommended.

Good with some mods

This is a great set to do some modifications. The platform is a good base, but use 2Brickofficial for the cockpit, back area, cannons, etc. (on Youtube way better and same functionality). I then modded the main fin to make the shape right. It looks awesome now and has all the same functionality.

I absolutely love the set. It is my favourite ship in star wars. The sad part for me is that I've had to order 3 missing pieces so far and I am not even done.

A pretty cool set

A lot of people will argue this sets terrible because it’s small and only holds 3 figures. I personally don’t care. If you don’t own an imperial shuttle this is a nice ship to have. Takes 2 hours to build start to finish. All the figures fit inside the ship. You can recreate some fun Star Wars scenes with this, and you can have Luke fight Vader and the pilot. It feels well put together, it’s not gonna break in your hand. I’m sure a kid will have fun playing with it. It looks nice on a shelf with other imperial ships. I recommend if you don’t have a shuttle, or if you want to have another for your fleet of shuttles or imperial ships
