This set is really nice for what you get. It looks better in real life than on the box. The island portion reminds me of barracuda bay with the coconut tree branches and the blue water, tan sand and red crab.
I left my barracuda bay set as island Form and got the creator 3 in 1 pirate ship and left that as ship Form. This island pairs really great with the creator ship. I didn't even bother with the ninja mini figures (might add them later on to maybe sneak on ship when pirates are off, who knows?)
I bought some additional parts earlier on to add to barracuda bay, but it doesn't really look too great, so I ended up adding them to this set. Along with another random mini figure and extra imperial skeleton.
Really recommend this. 5 mini figures are nice and the totum pole looks great worth the custom faces and weapons. I like how it leans. The snake head is nice, but the cave portion is fairly OK for what it is.
I don't know the ninjago story, but I really love pirates and castles. Recommend this set if you like the ninjago and definitely recommend it if you like pirates. Can't wait for lions Knights castle set to come out to pair with my medieval blacksmith set.

The best slice of "The Island" Pie

This is a very good terrain setting. There are plenty of play features throughout, like the trap on the bushes and the space inside of the cave. The cave feels properly rocky and tropical, which works very well. The stone golems are good builds, but they look better combined than separated. The separating of the terrain is helpful for transportation, and is connected seamlessly, although it sometimes feels like a looser connection than it should be. The minifigure selection is good. It could use another exclusive figure, since there is only one, but 3 of them only appear in more expensive sets and one is an army builder figure. As well as all the figures look great. The value here is pretty good. There are a lot of pieces in the set, although the size of the build feels appropriate for the price. Overall, this is a very good set I recommend to people.

It was such a good building experience. I am a really good builder so it was nice to have a challenge. It was an even better play experience!!!! I highly recommend this set to any ninjago fan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A most meritorious product

Unlike that which I bought on the first of January in the year of 2021, the miniature plastic figurines said village was repleted with did not splinter or fracture with the removal of any of their appendages. Though Chief Mammatus's chapeau and stave were unlike the television show I viewed on my television machine, and his skin entirely the wrong hue, he sufficed in my video production. The ninja however, even though they possessed inadequate weaponry as according to the television show were near flawless and I found the ethnic totem pole to be most useful and commensurate.
