The scent seems to be a mixture of bourbon and charcoal. I like it and more importantly, my wife likes it! I was skeptical of solid shampoo at first but, now I can't image going back to the liquid. The solid allows for more control over the amount used. I have relatively short hair and a quick rub of the puck across my wet head produces more than enough lather. I imagine, much like the bar soap, that it will last considerably longer than the liquid type.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Big things DO come in small packages! This product is the most innovative of the Duke Cannon items I have tried. Perfect for everyday, travels well in its provided tin for getaways, and lasts for months. I’m still on my first one, bought another as a gift and one as a backup when the original one is gone.

been using for about a month now. Still a lot left, it lathers up quickly and feels good when dry. Will order again. Leave it where it can dry out , rack or something that it has air all around it. Only thing is it leaves a black residue in the tub, it cleans up but it's there after it dries.
