Bad scent

I was expecting the scent of a nice cigar with notes of leather and amber. What I got was a grease pile that smell like my grandmothers house that was smoked in for 60 years. If you want to smell like old, stale, and musty cigarettes this is for you. I do not understand all the positive reviews, this stuff is nasty. Not to mention it came in a cheap tin that doesn’t seal and did not have a tamper seal.

Amazing Fragrance

Fantastic scent. Intoxicating.
Duke Cannon should get to market immediately with this fragrance in a spray on EDT or EDP. This is a singularly unique and masculine scent that can't be found at department store perfume and cologne counters. The one and only criticism that I would offer is that the scent doesn't last as long as you would like. It does take repeated reapplications through the day to keep it fresh whereas an EDT or EDP would actually last longer and project better. But, the Leaf & Leather fragrance is a sure winner. Smells amazing.
I would state the same things about the Bourbon/Buffalo Trace solid cologne as well. Both scents should be produced in a strong EDT or EDP. I want some direct feedback from the company about this issue. I really want to see this happen.

I bought my husband this Old Glory Solid Cologne to try out for Christmas. Wow. It lasts, and it is perfect potency, Not overpowering. Now If I could just resist chasing him around the house when he wears it....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These solid colognes, at least the “earthier” scents would be great if they weren’t so sweet smelling. If there were stronger undertones of cedar, sandalwood, etc. they would be so much better.
