Daubed a little behind my ears and on my neck before heading out to a party with the missus. As we were mingling, she whispered, "Something smells good. Do you smell that?" I shook my head no, and we continued on. A while later, she whispered again, "Smells like a cigar or something. It smells really good." We couldn't figure out what it was at the time, and we eventually went home, and as I was putting on another little touch, she raced over and said, "That's it! That's what smells so good!" It was a nice evening after that.

Well in line with the other since I’ve tried from duke cannon. Wonderful! Deep, rich hints of leather and amber. (Without being overpowering) the only reason I took off one store was because I do not like the new tin. Very flimsy and not as easy to use.

This is the manliest I have ever smelled, yet I am conflicted. On the one hand as I close my eyes and inhale deeply, my inner Robert Mitchum manifests and I feel my gun hand resting firmly on the pearl-white grip of my Colt Model 1851 Navy, bottle of Old Crow in the other, cigar clenched between my teeth. Conversely, another, smaller and fairer part of my souls cries out. A young Dorothy Dandridge pining for her chevalier, her leather-clad, Stetson-donning conquistador of the dusty trail. I love most Duke Cannon products, but this one was a flop for me. I get that it's supposed to smell like tobacco leaf and raw leather, but it smells like a wet ashtray. When the box arrived, my wife literally gagged at the smell, and told me to get it out of the house. I understand everyone has a different taste in smell, but this is rough, like wet ashtray mixed with dollar store cigars burned hot. My wife actually had some friends smell it the other night, and they all thought it was s gag gift...It's a no go from me, and everyone that's smelled it thus far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
