Far from cooling & icy cold as all the reviews are saying. It is an alright shower soap but not cooling to me at all. And what's with al the little pieces of plastic in it. Don't need them. They mess up the shower pan & walls and can't be good for the environment. Frankly competitor JB Cooling Lotion does a better job cooling me down after a shower than this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the Cold Shower for my husband who is a big man with lots of hair who works inside and outside all day everyday. He sweats so much he looks like he has been swimming all day without using a towel to dry off. The soap has a good scent, smells like a spearmint or peppermint. However, it did not lather very much and according to him, does not have any cooling sensation at all. He says it's no different than using any other soap. Other than that, it seems to work as a soap and I guess that's important too. Probably will not buy again.
