I was surprised when reading all the other reviews. The only thing I agreed with was the great lather. I hate to write something negative, but you did ask...but the product has an off/chemical smell...not of menthol or eucalyptus...off...like a petroleum product. It did not cool me in any place but my privates. And I purposely did not apply it there. The run-off when rinsing cooled my under carriage. But that was the only place that felt remotely freezing. Cold shower...I don’t think so.

Soybean Oil

Well I would have given this 5 stars because it works great after a hot day working in the sun. However after using it for some time I neglected to look at the ingredients which contain Vegetable Oil (Aka Soybean Oil). There's no reason Duke Cannon couldn't have used Coconut Oil like so many other brands (which I suppose I should go back to using.) personally I don't want to be scrubbing Xenoestrogen chemicals into my body. No thanks. Stay away from this stuff.

"Acrylates Copolymer" are microplastics

There's simply no excuse, in 2021, for continuing to sell soap with microplastic granules; they were banned by the government for harm to the environment, but not every kind was banned. While acrylates were not banned, they are still harmful. Not buying from you again until you eliminate this stuff from your all your products.

Product does not work. Just smells like menthol. Everyone in my family has tried it and all say the same. Product does not do what is advertised. I will not be purchasing anything from this company in the future. Lesson learned.

I bought this for my husband based on other reviews. He’s always warm after he takes a shower. I was hoping this would cause him to feel cool. While he likes the mint scent, it doesn’t make him feel cooler at all. Disappointed. :-(
