Basically, it's menthol. Yes, it gives your "boys" an icy feel. That's about it, the rest of my body feels no different than if I washed with any other shower gel. So, while not "icy" all over, the smell is pleasant and I feel clean after.

Product doesn’t do what it claims. It does lather up nice, doesn’t dry your skin, but as far as leaving you cold, or even cool, nope. Smells like icy hot too. Not exactly something I want to smell after I get out of the shower.
