I have rosacea and facial hyperhidrosis. No matter how cold I get the water, my face is always a flushed, sweaty mess after a shower. This stuff is awesome. Right before I get out of the shower, I put it all over my neck, and it really helps - it gives me a nice, intense chill. I will always have this in my shower - even after summer ends here in Memphis.

This stuff freezes my gooch and b-hole, my pits, my chest, and my forehead, but the rest of my body is completely unaffected. The good news is that those are extremely good body cooling zones, the bad news is that it only feels cold but my body temp doesn't drop. When I get out and the cool air of my bathroom hits me it feels like icy arctic wind blowing on my skin, but I still sweat so now I don't feel nearly as hot but I do still sweat profusely, which is the problem I was hoping to solve with this stuff. I'd still recommend it for others to try, but for me it just doesn't do what I hoped it would. That being said, it does say it's extremely cold which is 100% true, and the cool feeling getting out of the shower is better than hot, so its still getting 3 stars.
