I feel like there's some sort of mint extract or something in this. It doesn't affect the scent which like all other Duke products is too notch; it leaves a slight cooling sensation on my scalp. I haven't had as much dry skin while using it and I feel like a little goes a long way unlike other shampoos I've used in the past.
