Don’t take this the wrong way, it’s a great pan! Just a bit on the small side. 7 inches at the top but only about 5 inches at the bottom of the pan

These ceremic pans are worthy of the best chefs usage. I have tried various non stick pans like copper, granite, and teflon but these ceremic pans wash up like brand new and evenly heat the meals.

Love this set! I’ve only had the set for about a month and no issues whatsoever. I bought the large sauté pan separately about a year ago and it does have some scratches, but I haven’t been good about not using metal utensils, so that’s my fault. With my new set I am only using silicone. They heat well and never stick… super easy to clean. Highly recommend!

Love this pan...nothing sticks and everything heats up so quickly. I just love Green Pan. The quality is amazing. They may be a little pricey but they are worth it, and they do run good sales frequently as well.
