I love all my Green Pan products. The best part is cleanup is a breeze. This pot is lightweight but the lid is nice and heavy and fits well. Not sure if this one could stand up to oven use like my Reserve sauté pan, but is a great pot.

I cook veggies and protein in the pan and slide the food into my bowl. Then I take a damp paper towel and wipe the inside of the pan and put it on a towel on my cutting board. Ok - there's one step I didn't mention - I smile and hold the pan up to show my husband that it looks like its never been used! I love these pans so much because they are lighter and easier to clean than my premium stainless steel pans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new frying pan. The size is perfect - just larger than a few other ones that I have and it makes such a difference to have a little extra room. I also think the color is super cute! It is truly non stick and have had no issues with scratching so far.
