So these ceramic pans are pretty awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never actually tried a ceramic pan before, but I'm completely sold. And this one in particular is very high quality. It definitely takes a little longer to heat up than my traditional non-stick pans, but it's totally worth it for the completely stick-free experience! I absolutely love this pan, and will be replacing all my others with ceramics as I need to, most likely with Green Pans.

I love these pans! Make sure you don’t use oil spray cause it’s not good for them. You just have to make sure you are gentle with them and care for them the way it says to and they will last a long time! Best healthy non stick pans I’ve ever owned.

I cook veggies and protein in the pan and slide the food into my bowl. Then I take a damp paper towel and wipe the inside of the pan and put it on a towel on my cutting board. Ok - there's one step I didn't mention - I smile and hold the pan up to show my husband that it looks like its never been used! I love these pans so much because they are lighter and easier to clean than my premium stainless steel pans!
