I love the huuge size of this pan! I’m able to use less oil because the nonstick works very well, plus so easy to clean! One mistake I made was using a wooden utensil to scrape food out and left a small scratch.

We love cooking with our very large new collection of The Green Pan ~ Rio Ceramic non stick cookware. Cooks amazing, there are no issues what so ever. No need to use the high heat at all, works really well starting off with medium high heat, rice cooked alone or with meat cooks perfect and the eggs....excellent for sautéing and the list goes on

I truly love this pan. It is big enough to cook for me family of 7. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the ceramic already has a chip in it even tho we are handling with extreme care. Unsure if it was there when we got it.
