Beautiful pans, amazing performance

I have had this set of pans for over a year now and have been raving about them to my friends & family. The quality is amazing, and after over a year of using the 8" pan almost every morning for eggs, it still looks like it did the day I got it, and it performs even better.
The key is to follow the directions exactly: heat on low-medium low for 90 seconds with nothing in the pan, then add your choice of cooking oil (I use bacon grease), then add food once the oil is warmed/melted. Only use sponge, along with dish soap & water, to clean. I truly believe I'll use these pans for years to come, and will buy more.

Scratches Easily

I got these for christmas of this year and all of them have multiple scratches on them only a few months later. I have been sure to be very delicate with them and follow all the care guidelines. I loved them because they were so beautiful and healthy and environmentally friendly but I’m very sad to see them scratched up so quickly.

Pretty cookware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cookware set is very pretty, I love the color! My favorite part about this is that they are a healthy option. They are free from PFAS, PFOAS, lead..etc. This is very important to me. I do have concerns though, as someone who is in the kitchen cooking 3 meals a day I worry about this set’s long term durability. To ensure this set lasts as long as possible, do not put them in the dishwasher and do not use metal utensils in the pans. The box states it is safe to do this but I would avoid it if you want to keep your pans in good shape and get more use out of them. Overall, I really like these pans and would recommend them to a friend. Just be sure you are not using these on an induction cooktop as they were not made for this use.

The pans are good to look at but THAT IS ALL!

The second time we used the 5qt stewpot that is one of the items in the set, the ceramic around the edge of the stewpot chipped off, it must done this while we cooking because I noticed it while I was hand washing it. That same meal we used the 3.3qt sauté pan and it too had some of the ceramic around the edge missing and like the stewpot it must have happened while I was cooking. Because it happened while cooking, it would be easy to assume that we ingested some or all of the Ceramic that came off. When I asked for a refund of the defective purchase I was informed that only UNSED purchases maybe returned for a refund. When you are shopping for your cookware, you see it say “60-DAY RETURNS”, “We want to make it hassle free." that is not the complete truth in my opinion. So DO NOT BUY GreenPan cookware because it is not made to cook with, but only to look at because they are poorly made and they do not stand behind the quality of their products. If they were confident in the quality of their products, they allow a refund of the purchase if it was defective or in my case part of it came off the first or second time it was used. Bad products and bad company, in my opinion.

Poor quality, avoid

We received this set a few weeks ago, one of the pans arrived with the surface coating scratched. Greenpan agreed to replace this one. After only a few weeks of gentle use, following all the care advice (including hand washing, no metal utensils, low/ medium heats only etc) from Greenpan, multiple pans have become scratched already. Very delicate& low quality. Avoid.

Great...for a few weeks

After a ton of research on non-toxic pans, we decided to buy a Greenpan. We went with the cheaper Chatham “just in case”, and thank god we did!
We were extremely careful about heat, oil, washing, utensils, and storage, but after a few weeks, food started sticking. Washing it is laborious, everything sticks, and we’re really disappointed. We won’t be buying another Greenpan.

Great fry pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted one of these fry pans to see how well they work. This has been more than I had expected. This makes eggs, burgers etc so easy without sticking to pan. Food slides right of pan and this washes very well (hand wash). Great pan!
