Easy cleanup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pan with easy cleanup. Its light weight so it doesn't feel too heavy in hand. The company advises you to keep the heat at medium or below to prevent the non-stick quality from degrading. So I'll probably end up just using the pan more for reheating food or simple dishes.

Perfect Breakfast Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this pan few a few weeks and I love it. I'm the breakfast guy on the weekends, making breakfast for myself, my wife and my daughter. This pan is perfect for that particular task. The white pan bottom is great for seeing the brownness of the sausage. I never really realized that was something that would be helpful after years of cooking in a black pan, but it's great for being able to eye the how finished the meat is.
Cooking the eggs is much easier too. Gently flipping the eggs was a simple flick of the wrist. There is zero sticking and they did an easy turn without the need for a spatula.
This is a great pan and I'm ordering a larger one for cooking dinner. An excellent zero-stick pan.

Food slides right off!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This GreenPan Rio Ceramic Nonstick Saute Pan now has a permanent place on my stove top. Anything I cook in it doesn't stick and cleaning it is so easy. Food slides right off the pan with hot water. I also love the color.

Durable yet beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the opportunity to test out my new 7 inch Greenpan and, although I had some misgivings about ceramic as i am an avid stainless cookware fan, I found this pan to be pretty impressive. This pan heats evenly, did not stick even when cooking eggs, and seems to be pretty durable. I have tried hand and dishwasher washing it with no ill effects. I love that the pan is not as heavy as my stainless pans, and also is beautifully colored in teal. I see this pan becoming a kitchen staple at my house, and intend to purchase a couple others as well.

Nice pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pans are nice but I find that they do not get as hot as my current pans as quick. I love that they are non stick tho, that works great. They also look great in my kitchen and are very retro shriek.

Never stick with a little prep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Of all the nonstick pans I have tried I have to admit this one was one of the best. I have seen nonstick contains and pans claiming the construction materials prevent sticking and most fail miserable. The greenpan ceramic frypan however, performs admirably, as long as you prepare the pan adequately.
By prepare I mean you will need to avoid dry cooking in the pan and should generally use some liquid or oil to prep the pan as you heat it up before adding your intended ingredients. If you do this, most foods will not stick to the pan and those that do will require just a gentle wipe with a cloth or paper towel to remove.
The pan has a solid construction yet remains fairly lightweight. The handle is a solid plastic that stays cool to the touch throughout cooking. The pan itself in my experience with it, disburses heat and cooks evenly.
The biggest downside I found was it was not the best for searing meats. I also found that the outer pan coating discolors and can not stand up to higher heats. This is merely superficial, and doesn't matter for my purposes but I imagine some people appreciate a pretty looking pan. The pan did not come with a lid which was a downside for me but overall the pan is a cut above the other nonstick pans I have experienced. Anyone looking for a pan that is easy clean and can handle most cooking needs will be very pleased with this pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big fan of these pans! They aren't as stick-resistant as a Teflon pan might be, but they are a healthier alternative. I have had to scrub a bit more but have not had either of the pans stain or burn permanently. They add a nice pop of color to my kitchen, would recommend!
