Terrible Odor- Buyer Beware

The pan looks great and cooked my beef very well! Unfortunately there was a defect in mine and there is glue or another substance coming out of the handle that smells awful when heated. The smell even travelled upstairs and has not gone away after 3 hours. I will update this if I hear back from Customer Service.

LOVE this pan

I’ve had this pan for about a month now, and it has become my favorite fry pan. I just love how things don’t stick and how easy it is to clean. I can even flip my pancakes with ease. I’m so glad I decided to purchase this pan because it was worth it and I see having it around for a very long time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The handle MELTED!!!

I was cooking with this pan today and started smelling something weird. Was looking all over to figure out what happened and realized the handle was burning/melting!! Super dangerous!!

Amazing non stick!

Bought this a few months ago and can’t believe how non-stick it is. It also cooks everything SO evenly. Plus, the white color makes it easy to see the oil you have on your pan and any remnants left of while cleaning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i use this HAPPY FRYPAN every single time i fix a meal! it truly is a nonstick easy surface for grilling sandwiches, sauteing vegetables and heating sauces just to mention a few. Clean up is the easiest ever...beats all my other pans, hands down!

I loved this pan at first but I bought it from a local department store and didn’t know about all the do’s and dont’s listed on the website until it was too late. Now I have landfill unfortunately.

The marketing materials for the Rio Ceramic GreenPan state that it emits "no harmful fumes", but every-time I use mine, it smells like burning plastic...Well, today while using my pan, the handle actually caught on fire. FLAMES were coming off the handle and the smell was awful.
