I like how easy it is to clean but there is an underlying taste of a burnt taste when I make eggs. I cook on medium heat so don’t know why I keep tasting it.

I love these pans! Make sure you don’t use oil spray cause it’s not good for them. You just have to make sure you are gentle with them and care for them the way it says to and they will last a long time! Best healthy non stick pans I’ve ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never actually tried a ceramic pan before, but I'm completely sold. And this one in particular is very high quality. It definitely takes a little longer to heat up than my traditional non-stick pans, but it's totally worth it for the completely stick-free experience! I absolutely love this pan, and will be replacing all my others with ceramics as I need to, most likely with Green Pans.

This was a gift for my granddaughters husband and he loved it. Cooked in it for us on Christmas Day. Only thing I would make sure for this size is that you know ahead of time where you are going to store it.
