I was looking to switch to ceramic cookware and this pan has not disappointed. Sturdy with a slippery surface! Need to change some cooking behaviors as it heats up very quickly and you should use silicone spatulas.

I have purchased green pan cookware before & I absolutely love them. I needed a new 8” sauté pan for omelettes so I naturally ordered another pan. These pans are terrific in cooking and sautéing with minimal oils. So, so glad I invested in this product

Love my Greenpan especially for cooking eggs! I gave all my other non-stick pans away due to the health concerns and replaced with Greenpan. Long lasting non-stick surface as long as you don't use high heat!
