does great job of cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and it does a great job. I have a 12000 BTU unit in another room and the two keeps the house at 72 degrees.The house is 1200 sq ft. and is a weekend home and I keep it on 72 degrees.

Started good, now leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this new 2 months ago, it worked fine. Now it's pouring water out the front. We've checked installation, cleaned filter (wasn't that dirty to begin with), did all checklist troubleshooting we can. It's collecting a puddle inside the front, the outside drain is wide open. Trying to find a schematic diagram of this, to make sure I'm covering all the allowed DIY bases, it's not a happy thought to have to return this, we desperately need the cool air. It is still cooling well but ruining my wall & windowsill.

Works really well. No rattles!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 10000 BTU to replace a 6000 BTU that was aging. The new Air Conditioner runs a little quieter and has no issues keeping the area cool. Also, it does not rattle which is important. Very nice remote as well.

Not as strong as I expected

Powerful AC for a low price

Nice features, a bit noisy. But satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a supplement to my HVAC. Its nice with easy to use features and a handy remote so I don't need to get off my butt. Nice for the bedroom so I can sleep easier in the morning. Coming of night shift in the summer, its nice to know that I will be comfortable when I get home and it really doesn't use as much energy as I would have thought. Worth the buy.
